Making a Privacy Request
We work to high standards when it comes to processing your personal data. Therefore, as described in this Privacy Notice, if you want to exercise your privacy rights, ask us questions about our privacy practices, make a privacy complaint or contact our Data Protection Officer, you can contact us (you’ll find the privacy contact form and/or contact details in the relevant section of this Privacy Notice) and we’ll do our best to address your request. Managing Your Account
If you wish to take advantage of certain services as a consumer, such as viewing your Order History, you can create an account. Curaprox accounts are currently through our third-party partner, Shopify. We do not manage or control these accounts, and their own Privacy Policy applies. We recommend viewing their own policies. If you do not consent to their policies, then do not create an account.
However, in order to register certain products for warranty purposes, Curaprox collects limited information on their electronic toothbrushes, like the Hyrdosonic Warranty form here.
Why we process your personal data
If you are a consumer, we will process your data for the following purposes:
- To enable you to register your Curaprox products;
- To provide you extended warranty on selected products;
- To provide you consumer support and care when you have questions, issues or require assistance with a product or service.
You can also adjust other services such as:
- Managing your marketing communication preferences: That way we are able to contact you if we have something that we think will appeal to you.
- Logging-in to Curaprox mobile apps;
- Purchasing Curaprox products and services in our online shop for consumers, and consulting your order history.

You can purchase Curaprox products and services in our online shops, either as a consumer, reseller, retailer, or a business customer (e.g., indirect channel partners, distributors) including as a dental/healthcare professional.

- To contact you via email for transactional and technical support;
- To enable you to consult your order history, if any; and
- To comply with laws and regulations we are subject to (for example, for tax purposes we are obliged to store the details of every purchase).

- Invoice/receipt information, which includes the purchased product and service;

- Payment balance (if applicable). Please note that we never store your payment information. When you submit a payment, your payment information will be directly sent to our trusted third party payment providers to validate the transaction. Shopify or Stripe may save this information on your behalf for ease of ordering in the future. We recommend you review their own Privacy Policies.
In certain cases, you may choose to also provide us with your phone number (optional) if you want our trusted shipment provider to contact you via phone in case of delivery issues or if you want our support team to contact you via phone in case of issues with your order.

- Our need to execute our terms and conditions of sale with you, in particular our contractual obligation to manage your order;

With whom we share your personal data
