Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Nature & Unilateral Rights (The "Shield")

The Curaden Rewards and Referral Program (the "Program") is a discretionary loyalty benefit provided by Curaden USA Inc. at its sole and absolute discretion. Participation is a privilege, not a right. By participating, you acknowledge that points, rewards, or "coins" are a gift, not a debt, and hold no cash value. Curaden USA Inc. reserves the unilateral right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (including VIP tiers and point values) at any time, for any reason, without notice.

• Change point-to-dollar conversion rates or reward availability at will.

• Void any rewards that remain unredeemed upon Program termination.

2. Referral Program Rules (Anti-Fraud)

To maintain a fair system via our partner smile.io, the following rules are strictly enforced:

• No Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself, your spouse, or individuals at the same physical or IP address. smile.io’s system automatically monitors and blocks household-internal referrals.

• New Customers Only: Referral rewards are valid only for referring new customers who have never held a Curaprox US account or made a previous purchase.

• Fulfillment Trigger: Advocate rewards are issued only after the referred friend's order is marked as Fulfilled (shipped). Cancelled, refunded, or "bot-triggered" orders forfeit all rewards.

• No Public Posting: Sharing referral links on public coupon/deal forums (e.g., Reddit, RetailMeNot) is strictly prohibited. Links found on these sites will be deactivated and points voided.

3. Rewards Redemption & Restrictions

• No Stacking: Unless explicitly stated, reward codes cannot be combined with other discounts, site-wide sales, or promo codes.

• Taxes & Shipping: Reward points used for "Free Products" do not cover Sales Tax or Shipping Fees. The participant is responsible for all costs outside the value of the reward itself.

• Birthday Rewards: To prevent abuse, birthday rewards are only valid if the birth date was entered into the system at least 30 days prior to the date. You may only receive one birthday reward per 365-day period.

4. Automatic Enrollment & Technical Triggers

Points may accrue automatically via Shopify, Shop Pay, or smile.io. This is a convenience feature and does not constitute a contract. Curaden USA Inc. reserves the right to reverse any points awarded due to technical "glitches," sync delays, or "plus-sign" email variations (e.g., john+1@gmail.com).

5. Audit & "Shadow Banning"

We utilize advanced fraud detection. Curaden USA Inc. reserves the right to audit any account and void points or "Shadow Ban" users who demonstrate high referral failure rates or attempt to "game" the system with automated scripts.

6. Privacy & 2026 Compliance

Under 2026 US Privacy Laws, we share your basic data with smile.io solely to administer rewards. You may request data deletion at any time, which results in the permanent forfeiture of all accrued points.

7. Limitation of Liability

Curaden USA Inc. is not liable for "lost" points due to software errors, account deletion, or Program termination. Participation is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
