Orders

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel or request changes to existing orders using the contact form. If it is possible from a technical perspective and the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will be happy to act on your request.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product or a different number of products than ordered, please let us know using the contact form.

To ensure we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please send us your order reference number and specify the incorrect product in your enquiry. We will look into the issue as soon as possible and get in touch with you.

What should I do if my items have been damaged during delivery?

We pack every order carefully and do our very best to deliver undamaged products. Should a product be damaged in transit, however, we are of course happy to help.

Please get in touch with us using the contact form within five days of receiving the product and provide the following information:

  • Your order refence number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photos of the damage and the packaging

Once we have received this information, we will look into the case with the courier and inform you of the next steps as soon as possible.

Where is my parcel?

You will receive an automatic confirmation by email as soon as shipping label has been created. The email will include a parcel number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery at www.usps.com and www.ups.com.

Using courier proprietary tracking link, additional changes in delivery location such as redirection to parcel shop or to a different address can be made for your convenience.

Alternatively, you can find the tracking number in your customer account under My orders in the ‘Delivery details’ for the relevant order.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has been received?

Yes, you will receive an automatic confirmation email shortly after you have completed your order.

Why has my order not arrived yet?

If the products you ordered are available but you have still not received a shipping confirmation via email, please check the following:

  • Have you checked tracking info email from a courier?
  • Did you enter the correct email address?
  • Has payment already been made?
  • Are all of the products you ordered in stock in our warehouse?

We apologize if there has indeed been a delay in shipping your order. There are lots of different stages involved in delivering your parcel, which unfortunately means that there is potential for delay.

Warranty & Returns

Can I return any item?

We generally accept returns of any items that are still in their packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of hygiene products that have been opened. These include toothbrushes, toothpaste, interdental brushes, etc.

How do I extend the warranty for my Hydrosonic toothbrush?

Take advantage of our first-class customer service and extend the warranty on any of our sonic toothbrushes. Simply go to Registered products in your user account and register a new product. This will extend the warranty from two years to three. If you do not yet have a Curaprox user account, then now is the time to get one! To get started, click Sign in in the menu at the top of the web page.

How do I return a faulty Hydrosonic toothbrush?

You can get in touch with our customer service team via our contact form or by phone on 1.800.919.0120, Monday through Thursday, 7am - 4pm (AZT) and Friday, 7am - 11am (AZT).

If you are unable to resolve the fault with the help of our customer service team, we will send you a pre-paid return label. You can then return the Hydrosonic toothbrush free of charge with a description of the fault.

How do I return or exchange an item?

You can return items to Curaprox within 30 days, unopened and in their original packaging. If the item is like new, the purchase price will be refunded to you via the payment method used. It takes around 3–10 working days to process returns once they have been received. Write to us using the contact form or call us on 1.800.919.0120, Monday through Thursday, 7am - 4pm (AZT) and Friday, 7am - 11am (AZT). We will then look into whether we can replace it and tell you what to do next.

How long do I have to return an item after it has arrived?

You can return products within 30 days from the day on which the items were delivered to you. If 30 days have already passed, please contact our customer service team using the contact form and we will consider your case on an individual basis.

My product is faulty – what should I do?

Please inform us of the faulty product as soon as possible using the contact form or by phone 1.800.919.0120. We will then look into whether we can replace it and tell you what to do next.

Return Policy for Samba
  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your Samba toothbrush, you may return it within 60 days of your delivery date to receive a full refund.
  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging and include all its components and accessories. Returns with missing parts or without the original packaging will not qualify for a refund.
  3. Please ensure the product is undamaged and free from signs of wear or use. Any item that is returned damaged or not in its original condition may be denied a refund.
  4. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return conditions.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, or an error occurred when filling the order.
  6. We cannot process returns for items purchased from third-party sellers. Please contact the seller directly for their specific return policy.

What kind of warranties do you offer and what do they mean?

All of our products have been developed to meet the highest quality standards and have a long service life as a result. However, we only offer warranties for our Curaprox sonic toothbrushes. These warranties last for two years. You also have the option of extending the warranty completely free of charge for another year. To do this, simply go to your user account and extend the warranty under ‘Registered products’.

When can I claim on the warranty?

Warranty claims can be made in accordance with the legal regulations.

In the case of Curaprox Hydrosonic toothbrushes, you have the right to the rectification of any faults that occur during the statutory warranty period of two years after delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage and faults that occur as a result of incorrect use, handling or storage, incorrect or negligent care and maintenance, over-use or improper repair by a non-authorised service provider.

Customer account

How do I delete my customer account?

We are happy to delete your customer account for you if desired. Please use our contact form or call us on 1.800.919.0120, Monday through Thursday, 7am - 4pm (AZT) and Friday, 7am - 11am (AZT). If you have placed an order, we are legally required to keep your data for six years after the purchase.

I have forgotten my password.

You can request a new password here. We can also manually reset your password for you if desired. Please use our contact form or call us on 1.800.919.0120, Monday through Thursday, 7am - 4pm (AZT) and Friday, 7am - 11am (AZT).

The advantages of setting up a customer account.

Your contact details are stored and automatically filled in for any future orders. Your order history allows you to view all previous orders, re-order them and track the status of your orders. A customer account also allows you to register your Hydrosonic toothbrush and thus extend your warranty from two years to three.

Where can I find the serial number I need to register my Hydrosonic toothbrush?

You can find the serial number at the bottom of the handle. The number is made up of one or two letters and five digits.

Payment & delivery

How do I redeem a voucher?

Voucher codes can be entered in your shopping cart. Vouchers for the online shop can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. There can be no subsequent offsetting. Please note the terms and conditions of the voucher.

How much does delivery cost with Curaprox?

Delivery is free on all orders over $150.00 (one hundred and fifty dollars). Orders under $150 will be charged $5.95.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can choose from a range of different payment methods:

When will my order be shipped?

The chances are that your order has already been shipped! You can check the status of your order at any time in your customer account under ‘Orders’.

Orders are generally shipped withing 24 hours during weekdays, provided that: 

  • The payment for the order has already been made, or payment by invoice has been selected.
  • All of the products ordered are in stock in our warehouse.

Please allow additional order preparation time for orders placed over weekend and holidays. 

We ask for your understanding should we be unable to ship your items immediately. There are lots of different stages involved in delivering your parcel, which unfortunately means that there is potential for delay. 

At the time an order is prepared and ready, a notification will be sent to provided email address. And additional courier email notification will be sent with tracking information.

Which countries does Curaprox ship to?

The Curaprox United States shop ships only within the United States.

We do not ship to foreign countries, including Canada.

How do I sign up?

Simply enter your email address on our registration page. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your registration. If you already have a user account, you can update your settings in the "My account" section.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of any newsletter. If you have a user account, you can also untick the newsletter box under "Personal information" in your account settings. If you encounter issues, please reach out via our contact form.
